The emphasis here is on creating a community of artists, so there aren’t only comments but also new chat features as well.

Reviews

Reviews are a key part to any business marketing. Consumers and users read reviews, reviews establish or destroy reputations. As a business you should resond to both positive and negative reviews. It shows you care about customer experience and helps you identify potential issues, they can also be a free resource for market research and product development

Google Business Profile (Google)

Facebook

Facebook reviews are an underused feature in business pages. They are hard for consumers to find.

Yelp

Yelp is widely used by consumers for these businesses: Restaurants, Hospitality, Shopping, Nightlife, Food, Entertainment, Things to Do. They do not work for all types of businesses and in my experience, Yelp manipulates (hides) positive reviews to coerce businesses into paid services
